You may create an account to make ordering easier. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us at support@rapelli.co if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Products, descriptions and images
We take care to describe our products accurately. However, product images are for illustration only, and colours, textures and fit may appear differently on your screen depending on your device and its settings. Slight variations between the product you receive and the images shown do not make the product faulty.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, sizing guidance or other content on this site are entirely free of errors. If a product you receive is not as described, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.
Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.
Despite our best efforts, an item may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy from us. The order confirmation email we send after you place an order acknowledges that we have received it; it does not mean we have accepted it. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the items to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- The order appears to be placed for resale rather than personal use
- We are unable to deliver to the address provided
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, contact support@rapelli.co as quickly as possible with your order number. We will do our best to stop the order, but we cannot guarantee this once processing has begun. If the order has already been dispatched, you may return it under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, using the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed by third party payment providers, and by paying you also agree to their terms.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We do not store your full card details.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Rapelli name and logo, text, graphics, photographs, product designs, page layouts and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use any part of this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Prohibited uses
